We gather input from your team, department by department, on what they own, what blocks them, and what they would change. Their answers stay confidential. You get the synthesis, never the raw responses.
Gap analysis
In parallel, we examine your financial systems, your CRM, and your infrastructure for the gaps the team cannot see.
The four converge into your report. Senior operators read the result, not a junior, and not an automated score.

You can act on the report alone, or move into an engagement. If you start a Partner or Architect engagement within 60 days of your report, part of your Audit fee is credited to your first month.
