When you fill out the intake or contact us, we receive what you submit and a small amount of context the browser provides.

• Your name and the business name
• Work email
• Sector, team size, and stage
• What is broken in your business, in your own words
• Anonymous analytics: page views, referrer, country, device class

Three reasons. First, so a real person can read your intake and respond. Second, so we can schedule a call if the recommendation lands. Third, so we can see which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

Intake form data routes to our operations inbox via Postmark. Calendar bookings sit inside Google Calendar. Anonymous analytics run through Plausible, which does not use cookies. Servers in Frankfurt and Mumbai.

Only the three founding partners. We do not share intake content with third party marketing tools. We do not sync to a CRM unless you ask us to.

Inquiry messages: twenty four months. Contact details: until you ask us to delete them. Analytics: ninety days, then aggregated and anonymised.

You can ask us to access, export, or delete anything we hold about you. Send the request to hello at dotnot solutions and we will action it within thirty days.
