Owns the structural and financial side: org design, operating frameworks, and the numbers underneath them. An ACCA-trained finance mind who works fluently across the UAE and India. Nasim starts from how the business should be structured to do what you set out to build, then makes the numbers visible enough to run it on.
Growth Architect
Owns growth, go-to-market, and partnerships. A startup-ecosystem operator who diagnoses how businesses break and builds the structures that fix them. Murshid is the engine inside an engagement: he finds the real bottleneck, then moves the business forward against it, not around it.
Technology Architect
Owns the technology layer: automation, custom internal tools, dashboards, and AI systems. Adithyan builds the digital backbone that carries the operating model, so the structures the team installs keep running with less manual work and less dependence on any one person.
Every engagement gets all three disciplines at the table.
